BOOKING POLICY

Appointments can be made through the following channels:

• Online: Via the booking portal on our website https://zulubonita.com.

• By Phone: By calling the salon directly at +44 204 600 6955

• In Person: By visiting us at our London salon at 114 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5SA

To secure all appointments made through our online booking system, we require capturing your debit or credit card details.

• The card capture confirms your commitment to the appointment time you have selected.

• Bookings made via phone or in person do not require a card capture but are still subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with adequate notice.

• More than 24 Hours' Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you will not be charged, and we hope to see you soon.

• Less than 24 Hours' Notice: For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of the service will be charged to your credit or debit card. This policy helps us to compensate our stylists for their time, which was reserved specifically for you.

To cancel or reschedule, please call the salon directly at 020 4600 6955 or use the link sent in your reminder email/WhatsApp/SMS. We do not accept cancellations via email or social media.

Cancellation Policy of up to 24 hours. A full charge of the service thereafter.

A patch test must be done for all new colour appointments for a minimum of 48 hours before your colour service.

We plan our schedule carefully to ensure every client receives the full attention they deserve.

• We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please be aware that arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten or adapt your service to prevent delays for subsequent clients. The full original service price will still apply.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment. In this instance, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

A "no-show" is a client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior communication.

• In the case of a no-show, your card will be charged 100% of the service.

• To secure any future appointments at Zulu Bonita, you may be required to pay the full service amount in advance at the time of booking.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment. We are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment service to address your concerns. We do not offer refunds on services that have already been rendered.
